(FOUR) DIABETIC
Tracy Morgan was diagnoses as a diabetic in 1996, but never really cared. He continued to live in his normal lifestyle. This caught up to him not too long ago. While working 30 Rock he fell to a 104 degree fever. After that scary shit he started taking it a little more serious. In December of 2010 he received a kidney transplant. He’s okay now, but he’s trying to take better care of himself. Good on him.
(THREE) HOST
He has a pretty damn explosive personality so it’s hard to really think of him being contained enough to host anything, but he’s done well at it. He has hosted the VH1 Hip Hop Honors twice, he hosted the third season of Scare Tactics, and has done tons of promotional work.
(TWO) HILARIOUS!
It’s crazy to think that one of his signatures is just saying the word “hilarious” in a weird way. It works for him though. Everyone has a Tracy Morgan impersonation on TV now a days. It’s like how Cosby used to be. He’s still active. He’s had a few stand up specials most notably his “One Mic” one. It’s crazy to think his influence was Andrew “Dice” Clay.
(ONE) KEEPS IT REAL
Jimmy Fallon seems like a really nice guy. He’s funny as hell at times, but I’m one of those people who think he ruined tons of sketches on SNL because of his constant giggling and laughing out of character. Tracy Morgan has my back on this one, “...laughing and all that dumb [bleep] he used to do. He wouldn't mess with me because I didn't [bleep]ing play that s--t. That's taking all the attention off of everybody else and putting it on you, like, 'Oh, look at me, I'm the cute one.' I told him not to do that s--t in my sketches, so he never did.” Yep!
