(FOUR) CHILDHOOD FRIENDS
I’m a casual fan of John Krasinski. I’m pretty sure he’s friends with at least a good majority of his co-stars. It turns out he has a history with one costar that goes way back. John Krasinski grew up in Boston suburb and was friends with BJ Novak. They even played little league together and probably kissed like 6 of the same girls.
(THREE) HATHAWAY PASSES THE BLUNT
In 2008 John Krasinski was hooked up with British actress Emily Blunt. This is all thanks to “The Devil Wears Prada” co-star Anne Hathaway. They kicked it off, got engaged, and married in July of 2010. Anne Hathaway cannot be stopped.
(TWO) TALL, BUT NOT TOO TALL
John Krasinski is a tall dude. He stands in at a whooping six foot three, which is universally considered “tall” to most folk. He’s still the shortest of his siblings. His two brothers stand in at six foot six and six ten. The Krasinskis are GIANTS!
(ONE) DIRECTOR
Those opening clips on The Office of Scranton, PA were shot by John Krasinski. On top of that he’s also directed a 2010 episode of the hit show. Unknowing to many, John Krasinski has been putting in the time behind the camera. In 2009 he directed a movie he wrote called “Brief Interviews with Hideous Men”. The movie was well received and did well at Sundance, so that’s cool.
