(FOUR) FALL LEAVES
You’d have to be blind and have no soul at all not to appreciate a good fall leave change. The green leaves turn red, purple, yellow, orange, brown, and like a million shades in between. It’s beautiful driving through the countryside and taking in the blooming nature around you. Call me sentimental, but it’s always a comforting and breath-taking view.
(THREE) ZIPPOS
I’ve not smoked a cigarette in going on a year and a half, but I still have a fondness for Zippo lighters. I have two myself, but since my daily habits have changed I’ve not bothered to fill them back up and keep up on my wick, fluid, and flint maintenance. There is just something classy about a Zippo. The noise when it opens, the sound of it lighting, and the final close of the top is pretty pimp. It’s classic and timeless. If you want a reliable lighter while looking like a pimp while using it then you want a Zippo.
(TWO) THE SIMPSONS
People are so quick to say “The Simpsons suck!” or “Family Guy is better!” Those people are also quick to be kicked in the shin by me. I’ve enjoyed The Simpsons since the early 90’s. Sure some episodes are better than others and certain seasons are better than others. I hate the fact that I have to defend The Simpsons to some people when it’s clearly not worth my time. If someone is so jaded and shitty that they don’t LOVE The Simpsons then they suck at life. The Simpsons is like pizza. Even when it’s bad, it’s still covered in cheese. Woo Hoo!
(ONE) PIZZA
Speaking of which, pizza is great. They say pizza is ALWAYS good, but I won’t go that far. Pizza is good 9 out of 10 times. For every great pizza there is a generic cardboard crust with ketchup frozen pizza stuck to the back of a freezer. Pizza is great because it covers all basis. It’s comfort food because you can get the same toppings from the same spot every time and it’s that on-demand pleasure. It’s fun to make yourself and be more hands on with its crafting. It can be an adventure if you get a little crazy with it. It’s everything. Pizza.
