(FOUR) OTHER SPORTS SUCK
The NFL is lame. Really strange teams are winning and the rules and drama are too much. I’m tired of there being so much broadcast time talking about overrated QB’s religious beliefs, lame fines, and all that. I’m convinced that tackling will be outlawed soon. What else is there? Hockey? No thanks. The NBA couldn’t be back at a better time.
(THREE) DERRICK ROSE
He’s the reigning MVP. I’m a Bulls fan so this is obvious. I have no problem admitted that this is a pure bias. It’s great to see Rose lead The Bulls. He’s amazing at what he does. He makes it look so natural and he is a humble dude. He’s doing ads and stuff, but he’s not a cocky or braggadocios type of guy. He’s a young dude too. That’s what’s so awesome about watching him now. He’s not even close to peaking yet so it’s going to be an ongoing rise of superstardom. Rose, Noah, Deng, Gibson, and the team are solid and they’re bound to find a few rings on their hands before too long.
(TWO) CRAMMED SCHEDULE
Awesome. It sucked having to wait this long for the season to start, but I’m being optimistic. The schedule is going to be crammed and I’m all for it. This means they’ll be having a lot more games within a week. It’ll be a shorter season, but we’ll get A LOT of basketball in a shorter time. I’m excited for that. It’ll be like baseball scheduling. We’ll see how it goes, but I could almost go for the season ALWAYS starting on X-Mas Day. Extend the season and do preseason in November.xtend the season and do preseason in November.
(ONE) WATCHING THE HEAT FAIL… AGAIN.
Screw LaBron James. I don’t even really dislike Wade or Bosh, but I LOVE the idea of the Heat losing. LaBron James is just that much of a waste of talent. He lacks any spine and is all hype. He’s the product of an excessive and ignorant generation. He makes young people look bad. Screw the idea of busting ass and making your own name, let’s go make an All Star team and do it the easy way. Players like Reggie Miller, Patrick Ewing, and long-time “one career team” players should pee on him. The fact that this team went out and “pulled a Yankees” and still lost in the 2011 finals is still a great sports moment. Any time I get to see “Queen James” get beat is a good time.
