(FOUR) IF YOU CAN KAREOKE, YOU CAN BE ON TV!
Reality TV sucks more than ever. I won’t even get into the preggo teens, bitchy housewives, or the mongrel looking sisters. I’m not a big reality show watcher, but I can’t help but see the promotion for them. How many are there now? It’s to the point that if you can sing karaoke half decent then you’re going to be on a shitty televised talent show.
(THREE) ATHLETES NEED MORE THAN THE MILLIONS THEY ALREADY MAKE
It’s really hard to be a good person with respectable morals and still support professional sports. Professional athletes make more than teachers, firemen, mailmen, doctors, politicians, and even A-list actors and actresses. It’s been this way for a long time. It’s pretty sick and makes our culture look REALLY dumb and bad. Playing a ball game better than anyone else pays more than a fireman who saves hundreds of human lives. But do you know what’s sicker? THEY WANT MORE. MORE? Seriously! The NFL went on a lock out to get paid more money and basically do less work. That didn’t last too long, but everyone got what they wanted in the end. Then the NBA gets delayed for about two months because of a lock out/strike. Third string All Stars are making over 100 mill now and they’re STILL not happy? It’s hard not to think about when watching a game now a days. How can we the fan honestly support that?
(TWO) EVENTUALLY ALL FOREIGN EVIL DIES
Bin Ladin got taken down. Jong Ill has passed away. We got Sadam a few years ago. Despite the horrible stuff these people do, you can’t stop humanity. All of the “faces of evil” will eventually die. I find comfort in that. I suppose our overall mission should be to just accept that there will be evil and do our best to make sure they don’t go too far. Either way, death comes to all! Yay!
(ONE) POINTLESS PROTESTING
Occupy these nuts. How about that, douche bags? I’m all for a good rally cry or protest, but what the hell are they protesting? The economy? C’mon! It’s not like these hipster kids were burning bras or draft cards. They were complaining they don’t have as much money as other people. So what? It’s been that way forever. What did anyone accomplish? Some obnoxious hipsters got beat up by cops who should have been dealing with real crimes and real people. We’re ALL angry. We’re ALL getting screwed over. Opinions need to shared, but what does throwing tantrums outside of government buildings and complaining going to get us? How about we ALL “occupy” some responsibility.
