(FOUR) ED
This 1996 comedy actually starred Marr LeBlanc. He played Jack “Deuce” Cooper, a talented baseball pitcher who finds a friend in a talented ball-playing chimpanzee. Yeah… that’s not a lie. He’s a baseball player who hangs out with a monkey who also plays baseball. They need to make a sequel to this already.
(THREE) AS “VINNIE VERDUCCI”
Matt LeBlanc joined a very small group of people who were fortunate enough to play the same character on more than TWO shows. In the early 90’s, LeBlanc played “Vinnie Veducci”. There was some weird spin off episode of “Married… with Children” and then “Top of the Heap” and then “Vinnie & Bobby”. This was all in 1991.
(TWO) EPISODES
Matt LeBlanc as Matt LeBlanc is hilarious. This show won him some attention and awards. Rightfully so. He does a great job and shows off a different side of himself. This could eventually take over his best role, but the first pick on this list has so much material and time put in that it HAS to be the top role.
(ONE) FRIENDS
Matt LeBlanc was Joey Tribbiani for twelve years of his life. He did ten years on Friends and then two on his own show “Joey”. All of the characters from Friends are part of the pop culture lexicon. Joey had some cool stuff, but I think the biggest impact he had was the line of “How you doin’?” That’s awesome stuff.
