(FOUR) CURT HAWKINS
Zack Ryder went out and got himself over with the internet stuff. Meanwhile his former tag team partner from The Edgeheads. Hawkins had a small run with Tyler Reks, but never got a shot to really do anything on television. He’s a solid wrestler and I think better than Ryder in the ring. He has charisma and personality, but just hasn’t had the ball to run with. He should either get a new partner and be a legit tag team or just let him run loose on NXT to realign his character and give him a new place to start and rebuild his momentum. There is still TONS of potential.
(THREE) DAVID OTUNGA
Otunga gets a bad rap. He’s not trying to present himself as anything but a confident heel. People seem to take his cocky bad guy character to heart and go after him with ease. It’s HIS JOB to be like that. He’s doing good. He’s getting better in the ring and continues to grow in all areas of his performance. He has “the look”, he’s great on the mic, his backstory is something the company can be proud of, and he’s got more upswing than most people on the roster. He just needs to get into a feud with someone where he can develop and shine.
(TWO) ALBERTO DEL RIO
This guy is great. He came in and was tossed into the main event of the WWE. He not only hung with the top draws of the company, but he has improved a lot over the past two years. He was already a huge deal in Mexico and wrestling is in his blood. He came to the WWE, adapted to the WWE style, learned English and can cut very solid promos, and he’s an overall asset to the company. He can help newer guys get over, he can main event, and he can do mainly everything. He’s the best “utility player” in the business right now, but for some reason not many people see it.
(ONE) VICKIE GUERRERO
Vickie is the best heel in wrestling. She is also the best manager in the WWE and the best the company has seen in a LONG TIME. I know it might be sacrilegious to some, but Vickie is up there with the all-time greats. She will not hold back to get something over. She’ll take any and all heat. She gets ragged on by the announcers and it really seems like everyone is missing the boat on exactly how good she is at what she does.
