(FOUR) KOFI KINGSTON VS. RANDY SAVAGE
Randy Savage is easily one of the best wrestlers of all time. In a time of muscle bound “grapplers”, he is one of the few athletic wrestlers who would use his actions to tell a much deeper and more elaborate story in the ring. He used basic psychology, but at the same time he’d be doing it in a way no one else really had. Why not pair that up with one of the most athletic wrestlers in WWE today. Kofi doesn’t get a quarter of the credit he deserves. That dude holds down whatever role he’s put in. If he’s in a tag team he’s the most entertaining performer. If he’s in a feud with someone he’s going all out. If he’s in a battle royal you remember him in it no matter the win or lose. He makes you notice him no matter what. If he gets the ball he runs with it. He just needs to get over the hump and get into the bigger picture of things. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen a guy move up the card and earn his spot over a career instead of getting flash in the pan pushes. It’s an old school mentality that SHOULD return.

(THREE) JOHN CENA VS. DDP
Diamond Dallas Page might go down as one of the most underrated wrestlers of all time. He was one of the most consistent parts of WCW from before the nWo stuff until the very last episode of Nitro. Being the “poster boy” of the company was Sting’s thing before he took on the “crow” gimmick. The second he did that, DDP took the reins. He put on good matches, good promos, and gave an energy to the crowd that most performers just aren’t capable of. The “poster boy” of WWE is John Cena. Unless it happened in passing on a Heat or something, I don’t think these two ever crossed paths. It’s hard to imagine this match would be work-rate classic or anything, but with proper build up and a good crowd this match could be way more entertaining and electric than you’d think.

(TWO) STEVE AUSTIN VS. THE MIZ
I’ve heard and read a lot of people wanting to see CM Punk and Steve Austin, but not me. I’m sure it would be fun and eventful, but the idea of Austin taking on The Miz has so much more upswing. Miz wrestles more of an “Attitude Era style” and the contrasts in style, not the comparisons like Austin and Punk, is what would sell the match. You KNOW The Miz would put his best work forward against Austin. Austin selling for him and giving him a fair rub would cement The Miz in wrestling history. He has had big moments and big accolades, but a big Miz/Austin match would go a long way in 20 years when they put him in the Hall of Fame.

(ONE) TERRY FUNK VS. KEVIN STEEN
I’m pretty sure in the evolutionary chain of Terry Funk that Kevin Steen is a few specimen down the line. Terry Funk could wrestle, and wrestle damn well. The thing that gets Funk remembered as a legend was his raw personality. You felt like he really could smash someone with a flaming branding iron. You knew that he’d put himself on the line to take anyone out. You knew he just didn’t give a shit. On top of all of this, you knew he would always put on a show. Like Funk, Steen is developing an aura for himself and is quickly becoming a cult hero. He’s still young enough to find himself on a mainstream show, but his bread and butter is the shock and awe of smaller shows where he can be the king. Even a ECW era Terry Funk taking on a Steen of today would have been money.
