(FOUR) CHANNEL FLIPPING
When you got stuck watching a bad match on RAW, you just flipped to TNT and watched what was going on with Nitro. It was a beautiful thing. We got options back in the day. Now we’re forced to sit and watch everything on RAW because we can’t flip to anything else.

(THREE) JUMPING SHIP
It was really cool to see this back in the day. The WWF would lose wrestlers to WCW, WCW would lose guys to WWF, ECW guys would pop up, guys would pop up in ECW, and it was just a big wide landscape of throat-cutting businessmen in leotards. The big ones like nWo, Bret Hart going to WCW, the Revolution showing up, and vice/versa.

(TWO) THE EUROPEAN TITLE
Wrestling has had tons of belts. A lot of them sucked, but some had cool uses. I thought the European Title not only looked cool, but had a different “vibe” to it. It wasn’t as big as the IC Title, but it was still respected. Now with the WWE having so many more European characters it would be a perfect fit on the roster.

(ONE) SABU
The myth and awe of Sabu in the 90’s was crazy and Paul Bunyon style. Everyone knew about Sabu and knew he was crazy awesome. He was a high flyer, a risk taker, a hardcore freak, and his personality and ring presence was insane. You didn’t know what he was going to do and you really knew to expect nothing. He would go out there and kill himself. He’d use super glue, duct tape, and whatever he could to repair himself in order to work for the fans. He would keep wrestling, go through some shit, and lose his luster in time. ECW was amazing, but Sabu was the true 90’s wrestling cult icon.
