(FOUR) MEDICAL USE
It’ll help ease the pain and tension of cancer patients, those with glaucoma, anxiety, or loss of appetite. There are plenty of legit uses of marijuana. Why are we not capitalizing on its benefits? Cigarettes and alcohol are legal and bring nothing positive to the table.
(THREE) TAX MONEY
We always see movies and hear stories about people getting murdered in drug cartel trades and things like that. We never hear about importing and exporting issues of alcohol and cigarettes. Those things are legal. If marijuana was legal it wouldn’t need to be handled as much by the underworld. Instead we can tax it, grow it in America, tax the growers, tax the distributors, tax the stores, and then tax the customer. It’s sounds like a lot of taxes, but the same process happens for everything from cigarettes to gallons of milk. Imagine all of the dope money that could fix up roads, schools, and hospitals.
(TWO) WASTED LAW ENFORCMENT
If the government can’t keep the weed out of prisons then how the hell do they expect to keep it out of the streets? If someone goes overboard and does something wrong they should be charged appropriately. Having possession of weed or smoking it in private or anything related to marijuana is a punishable offense. Why waste the time of the police officers, the money of the tax payers who pay their salaries, the paper work, and the hassle involved. It’s sad to think that there is most likely someone getting harassed by a cop right now for having weed while someone else is getting away with something much worse because the law deems weed as wrong.
