(FOUR) TO OBJECTIVELY VOTE FOR THE ALLSTAR TEAM!
The fans get to vote for the NBA All-Star starting line ups every year. It’s a popularity contest. There’s no way of denying that. The fans vote in their favorite players, a lot of times despite their stats or performance of the year. If you’re a true fan of basketball, you’ll be objective. This is a great reason to watch. Watch it all, take it in, and see who is REALLY worthy of being an Allstar this season. Basically, let’s not vote any Heat players in!
(THREE) BEST PLAYERS COLLECTION SINCE THE 90S!
The Dream Team era was GREAT. It was the best period of basketball history. It was the right place and the right time. Jordan was the frontman of this era, but there were soooo many great players. It’s crazy to think of the people who didn’t make the Dream Team cut because it includes people like Reggie Miller, Isaiah Thomas, Dominique Wilkins, Shaq, Shawn Kemp, and a slew of others. Since then there has been some great players, but right now… 2013 we have an amazing cast of players. The talent level is crazy right now.
(TWO) LAST SEASON FALL OUT!
So we all want the Heat to lose. We want to see what the Lakers do to get their shit together, we want to see how Harden and the company get along with Dwight “Team Cancer” Howard. Boston is rebuilding while Indiana, Brooklyn, Clippers, and others are emerging to the levels of the Spurs, Heat, and Thunder. There is A LOT going on “storyline” wise in basketball, but the most important development is the return of Derrick Rose. THAT’S what’s up, yo!
(ONE) TO SEE THE HEAT LOSE!
Not just lose, but lose BADLY… and to the Bulls! The Chicago Bulls are going to beat down the Heat this year. We gave them a good fight without Rose and with a really worn down team, but now it’s on. The Miami Heat are like the bad guys from Space Jam. They should not win. I know they have two rings in a row now, but I’m not giving up hope that the good will overcome the evil. I don’t even want to go as far as saying I want anyone to get hurt, despite my strong disliking. I want a 100%, no-bullshit-excuses, healthy version of Lebron James to face defeat. The problem is that James never man’s up, but that would be to assume he’s actually a man to begin with. You can take away his fame and millions and at the end of the day he’s still a balding barely-high school educated man who plays a game for a living. He even plays the game like a little brat so what should be expect. It’s not like he’s an upstanding human or anything. Miami must lose. You know, for the kids!
