(FOUR) JACKASS
I don’t get it. So back in the day a group of rich kids got bored and got a TV show exhibiting them hurting themselves and doing stupid shit. People ate it up. Steve O, Knoxville, and the gang became house hold names after awhile. Jackass on MTV was popular as hell, but then they started making movies. It was pretty successful and they kept pumping out more and more. Now they’re all really old and it’s really kind of sad and a bit pathetic to see these guys hurt themselves in extravagant ways in attempt to latch on to what makes them famous… being stupid.
(THREE) JUSTIN BIEBER
I don’t get it. I understand that every few years a new popstar emerges as the “big thing”, but why Justin Bieber? He’s creepy. I’m pretty sure if he was the same age the boy bands from the 90s, he’d of been beaten up, bullied, or worse… been part of 98 Degrees.
(TWO) SAW MOVIES
I don’t get it. The human race is getting sicker every day. When did it become appealing to watch movies where people are tortured? It’s not so much the torture, but the fact of how explicit it is. There is no artistic or emotional value to that. It’s just an excuse for gross out porn to be on a big screen. If you like SAW then you’re probably a douche. Yeah, YOU.
(ONE) CHARLIE SHEEN
I don’t get it. Charlie Sheen is a weirdo. I’m having a lot of trouble remembering why he is so acclaimed in the first place. Besides being his father’s son, some war movies, Major League and Young Guns… what is there? I know that’s a bit of accomplishment there, but he’s spoke of like the God of sitcom. He was pretty much only on Spin City before his cash cow that is Two and a Half Men. He’s probably a fun guy, but I don’t see why he’s so popular or special. He wears a lot of bowling shirts and acts like a sleazy rich guy. We’ll talk about his character on the show sometime in the future.
