MISINTERPRETED LYRICS
Backing up to my Chicago journey over the weekend. On the way there, before things went to hell, it was a very entertaining and fun drive. As we listened to Rasputina's cover of Credance's "Bad Moon Rising," I started to butcher the lyrics. Instead of "There's a bad moon on the rise," I sang "There's a bathroom on the right."
I was semi-joking, but then I realized that there's a lot of lyrics out there that are misinterpreted. We've all done it, heard it, and laughed about it. So this week, I'm going to run down a few of the more infamous lyrical mishaps. Some are funny, some are aimed towards the stoner audience, and some will flat out confuse you. Let's take a look at some of the more common lyrical disasters....
